An effect deals 3 damage to each of two targets and has 1 Bonus Damage. It deals 4 to each target.
Example 2 - Split damage
An effect splits 6 damage among chosen targets and has 1 Bonus Damage. You divide a shared total of 7 damage among them, not 7 damage to each.
