The preconstructed-deck exception

Keep the original deck intact.

At Casual (low OPL) events, an exact, unchanged preconstructed Riftbound deck may retain its banned cards. Changing the deck or adding a sideboard removes this exception.

Riot’s example is the unchanged Jinx Champion Deck at Nexus Nights: Fight or Flight, Scrapheap and the Battlefield Reaver’s Row remain allowed in that exact deck.
