RiftPal definition
Power Cost
A Power Cost is paid using domain-specific Power from your Rune Pool. You normally add Power by Recycling runes of the required Domain.
Because recycled runes return to your Rune Deck, generating Power this way temporarily reduces the number of runes you have in play.
